In six weeks students will be introduced to new combinations, bellydance techniques, and music - all with the same calorie-burning fun of Bellydance Fitness! This workshop is suitable for any level of dance experience.
Cost is $55 for members and $60 for non-members!
In this program, you will explore yoga practices and principals for better bone health. You will learn and practice modifications of each pose to enable you to safely practice yoga according to your level of ability and receive handouts for continued home practice. Irene's intention is to create a safe, supportive, positive experience to inspire you to discover ways in which the practice of yoga can continue to support you through your life's journey.
With age, Irene's practice and study of yoga continues to evolve as she turns to yoga and other healing pathways to support her health and well-being. She finds inspiration in the opportunity to share the benefits of yoga with others.

Learn to let go and be in a total state of relaxation, releasing tension and stress in the mind and body. This class will begin with intention and movement followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation in a supportive, safe environment. Students will be invited to let go of repetitive thoughts and judgments while experiencing a journey deep within where they can truly enjoy and embody a state of being, stillness, and presence.
Research shows that 30 minutes of Yoga
Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of deep sleep and a regular practice shows
reduction in stress and anxiety! Cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
