Restorative Yoga

This class will help renew the body and mind by gently supporting the body with props to allow for letting go of tension and stress. This practice can be a wonderful adjunct for healing and nurturing chronic health conditions. 

Cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Space is limited to 10 - pre-registration is required!
Sound Bowl Meditation
with Cheryl Murphy

Through the combination of sound and vibration, we can amplify our personal intentions as well as experience a deep sense of relaxation. Join Certified Sound Healer Chery Murphy for this amazing community sound healing ritual that will combine aromatherapy, the use of natural crystals, and a manifestation meditation to help you focus on what you truly desire. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. 

Cost is a suggested donation of $10.

Somatic Yoga

Yoga Nidra

Learn to let go and be in a total state of relaxation, releasing tension and stress in the mind and body. This class will begin with intention and movement followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation in a supportive, safe environment. Students will be invited to let go of repetitive thoughts and judgments while experiencing a journey deep within where they can truly enjoy and embody a state of being, stillness, and presence. Research shows that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of deep sleep and a regular practice shows reduction in stress and anxiety!
