Managing Seasonal Changes

The ancient science of Ayurveda describes imbalances that can occur with seasonal changes and has recommendations on how to cope with those changes. Yoga is the sister science to Ayurveda and there are postures and yoga practices that also help us cope with seasonal transitions. This workshop will give you an understanding of the changes that occur with the transition of the seasons. Gail will describe the Ayurvedic principles and Nancy will lead the participants in a yoga sequence to prepare for the seasonal change. Cost is $35 for members and $40 for non-members per series class. Additional date: May 31, 2020.
