We invite you to feel better in the skin that you are in regardless of size, shape, or level of fitness. We welcome all "bodies" as yoga meets you exactly where you are!
Our goal is to help you achieve more balance in your life through deep breathing, muscle stretching & strengthening as well as detoxifying the body & mind, peeling away layers of physical, mental & emotional stresses. This process allows for better balance, a lightness in the soul and more freedom in the body & mind.
Our yoga classes are provided to you by experienced, loving & supportive teachers. Our healing arts center offers monthly workshops and an array of different classes, so that all discover something that feels good to the soul. Our healing spa offers a variety of healing modalities such as Reiki, Thai Yoga, Raindrop Therapy Treatments and massage to assist in your journey of wellness.
